Qualifications

• UK-qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years' PQE and a strong academic background.
• Experience in commercial property litigation or landlord and tenant disputes.

Responsibilities

• Serving statutory notices and advising on their validity and conditionality.
• Advising on and dealing with contentious lease renewals, termination notices and associated proceedings.
• Interpreting and enforcing commercial lease obligations.
• Handling rent arrears recovery and matters involving tenant insolvency.
• Advising on and pursuing possession of commercial premises.
• Dealing with service charge disputes.
• Acting in dilapidations matters, including notice requirements and related advisory work.
• Assisting with a broad range of commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
• Developing client relationships and delivering concise, commercially focused legal advice.
