This well-renowned city-based bank is currently looking to fill a 12-month FTC within their busy Residential Development Finance Credit team. This role may suit a recent graduate with good analytical skills and some banking experience. Duties will include:

1. Ensuring the credit approval process runs smoothly.
2. Checking the accuracy of facility letters to ensure they reflect the credit paper and any amendments required by the credit committee.
3. Performing due diligence on credit approval loans prior to drawdown, signing off on monthly build drawdown requests, and reviewing project monitoring surveyor reports.
