Senior Credit Decisioning Systems Analyst - Remote - up to £55K

The Company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain automated decisioning tools and credit risk models.
  • Test and document all decisioning system changes, ensuring high standards of testing practices.
  • Support change or incident management through data analysis and investigation.
  • Support delivery of automated decision operational procedures based on outcomes.
  • Maintain clear documentation of credit risk policies and strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external suppliers to define and challenge business change requirements.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in decisioning systems and maintaining decisioning platforms.
  • Experience in system testing and building test plans.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clear documentation.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with SQL / SAS; Python is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, logical, and organized.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
  • Team player.
