Job summary

Branta Recruitment Ltd is seeking a motivated Trainee/Assistant/Junior Project Manager to join the growing Projects Team. You will support project delivery, conduct site visits, liaise with engineers and site managers, and help coordinate tasks to keep projects on time and to client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Undertake regular site visits to monitor progress and complete site checklists, including photographs and written reports.
• Act as a point of contact between site teams and the Projects Team, ensuring clear communication.
• Identify and report on-site issues related to safety, quality, presence, tidiness, and timelines.
• Assist in planning, organising, and coordinating projects from inception to completion.
• Track milestones and support the timely delivery of project phases.
• Coordinate and monitor deliverables, schedules, and team responsibilities.
• Prepare weekly project reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support on-site logistics by ensuring labour, plant, and materials are properly allocated.
• Review on-site health and safety documentation to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Collaborate with senior team members to refine project processes and contribute to overall strategy.
