Bracken Recruitment are working on behalf of a multi-disciplined Civil engineering and Construction company delivering time- and safety-critical Rail projects. The London-based business offers a friendly environment with progression for driven individuals.

We seek a Site Agent to manage day-to-day delivery, site activity, programming, and safety planning while liaising with clients and sub-contractors. You will ensure quality, safety, and profitability, reporting progress to project teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Civil engineering within a Rail environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve targets.
• Strong relationship builder who can work as part of a site team.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to plan and manage your time effectively.
• Conscientious and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site delivery and activities.
• Plan and programme work and resources.
• Monitor health, safety and environmental planning and reporting.
• Liaise with client and sub-contractors and report progress to project teams.

The Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a growing project team as a Site Agent. The role will include day to day project delivery to include management of site activity, programming work and resources, health, safety and environmental planning and monitoring, client and sub-contractor liaison and reporting on project progress to the company project teams. The successful candidate will be the main site contact and ensure that the project teams carry out the works to a high quality standard in a safe manner and to agreed timescales whilst maintaining profitability and ensuring that all incidents/accidents and near misses are reported correctly.
