Indra Park Air is seeking a proactive Junior Project Manager to oversee programmes from bid to delivery. You will work with bid teams to extract requirements, prepare schedules, manage costs and monitor risk under the Programme Delivery Manager’s guidance.

Key tasks include producing PMP inputs, maintaining risk registers, and ensuring compliant bids and smooth project execution. A BPSS clearance is required; strong MS Project and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in a project management related discipline preferred or working towards PRINCE2.
• Experience with MS Project to manage cost and schedule adherence is essential.
• Experience with project controls/tools/metrics is essential.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) skills.
• Experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager.
• Experience with proposal work on medium/high value, complex deliverables.
• Organised with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Hands-on can-do attitude and proactive delivery.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Produce a storyboard from the Win Themes/Bid strategy.
• Capture/Bid or Sales Manager inputs.
• Review and extract requirements from ITT/RFQ/RFP to support bid.
• Contribute inputs into the proposal (PMP, SOW, Compliance Matrices).
• Create a schedule for the proposed programme and gain buy-in.
• Produce a risk register and assess the contingency fund.
• Coordinate internal/external costs for bid to ensure low-cost compliant bids.
• Support Cost Review with the Executive Team.
• Deliver programmes to technical specification, budgets and schedule.
• Maintain Programme Management Plan (PMP) where required.
• Assemble project team with Line Manager resources.
• Raise resource conflicts with the relevant Manager(s).
• Prepare programme schedule and obtain buy-in from team and customer.
• Monitor progress and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain WBS and allocate funds for control spreadsheets.
• Maintain budget adherence and ETC.
• Report deviations from baseline margin monthly.
• Maintain Risk Register and conduct monthly risk reviews.
• Manage contingency funds to mitigate risk and/or increase profit.
• Generate data/slides and present programmes at reviews.
