Job summary

Indra Park Air in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Project Manager to drive programme performance, cost control, and customer satisfaction across multiple projects. You will assemble teams, develop schedules, and maintain PMP documentation while supporting bids and proposals.

The role requires a degree in Project Management or PRINCE2 and hands-on experience with MS Project and MS Office. BPSS clearance is required, with benefits including flexitime, private healthcare, and generous

Qualifications

• Degree in a Project Management related discipline and/or PRINCE2 or equivalent
• Experience with MS Project to manage cost and schedule adherence
• Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Project)
• Experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager
• Experience or exposure to proposal work on medium/high value, complex deliverables
• Organised approach enabling timely delivery of competing priorities
• Hands-on can-do attitude and proactive delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the performance of programmes with respect to schedule, cost, performance and customer satisfaction
• Produce and maintain a Programme Management Plan (PMP) when required by contract
• Assemble project team with resources from Line Managers
• Create and manage programme schedules and gain buy-in from team and customer
• Maintain budget adherence and Estimates to Complete
• Manage risks and contingency funds; conduct regular risk reviews
• Generate data/slides for Programme Review and Watch List presentations
• Provide inputs into bids and proposals in line with required documentation (PMP, SOW, Compliance Matrices)
