Job summary

Indra Park Air seeks a proactive Junior Project Manager to oversee programmes and bids, ensuring schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction targets are met. You will work with Bid Teams to extract requirements and prepare proposals in line with PMP, SoW, and compliance matrices.

You will report to the Programme Delivery Manager, assemble project teams, maintain the programme schedule, manage risks, and support cost reviews to ensure competitive, compliant bids.

Qualifications

• Degree in project management or related field preferred.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification desirable.
• Experience with MS Project to manage cost and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support bids, capture requirements from ITT/RFQ/RFP.
• Produce schedules, risk registers, and cost provisions for bids.
• Maintain programme management plans and budgets.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure schedule buy-in from stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, implement corrective actions, and manage risks.
