Job summary

Marex is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the successful implementation of business change projects across the Clearing business. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery and act as the single point of coordination for smaller projects and defined workstreams, partnering with the business to ensure a smooth handover to BAU at project close.

Qualifications

• Preferably degree educated or with equivalent experience and interest in project/change management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project manage delivery to complete projects quickly and effectively with accountability.
• Develop project plans, scope and schedules and track progress against them.
• Support reporting and resource management across a portfolio of change projects.
• Transfer knowledge, templates and lessons learned at project closure.
