Job summary

Marex is seeking a Strategy and Finance Director to support the Head of Clearing, ensuring sustainable and scalable operations. The role focuses on MI development, performance measurement, cost discipline, and strategic initiatives, including potential acquisitions.

Experience in financial analysis and accounting.

Comprehensive knowledge of the financial service markets and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Group Head of Clearing and relevant clearing heads to drive strategy.
Identify and support execution of organic growth opportunities.
Work with Group Strategy on screening and execution of inorganic growth opportunities.
Develop and evolve annual budgets and 3-year plans for each department within clearing.
Design, implement and deliver monthly, daily, weekly MI to monitor and steer the business.
