Job summary

Marex Group is advancing its digital assets franchise and seeks an organised associate to coordinate projects across desks and functions. You will define requirements, establish plans, manage actions, and support production readiness within Marex's governance framework.

The role offers exposure to finance markets, regulatory considerations and strategic initiatives across Marex Group’s businesses.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in financial services, consulting or related roles.
• Experience coordinating business, technology, regulatory or operational change projects.
• Strong skills in creating project plans, governance materials and MI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of digital asset initiatives across Marex Group.
• Coordinate projects from Front Office desks through implementation to production.
• Prepare plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Document requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for Technology and Operations.
• Maintain governance updates and reporting for central leadership.
