Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment are looking for a Junior Project Engineer (Water Treatment) in Cannock. The role focuses on supporting project planning, delivery, and client liaison within the process industry, with a strong emphasis on training and development.

You will manage a portfolio of projects, produce programmes and budgets, handle procurement and contract docs, and work with the accounts team on cash flows and reporting. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• CSCS/CNSG Skills Card.
• Project engineering, engineering and process knowledge.
• Full UK driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope.
• Produce the Project Programme and update as required by the Contract.
• Create technical specifications, procurement schedule, bid tabs and sub-contracts required for project procurement.
• Assist tracking and reporting of team hours and expenses monthly.
• Assist with the production of project cash flows and liaise with the accounts department.
• Assist with the management of each project's budget.
