Junior Project Coordinator (26252) Birmingham, England

Looking to advance your career as a Junior Project Coordinator / Junior Project Controller?

Our client is seeking several Junior Project Coordinators / Junior Project Controllers to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidates will work on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in their central Birmingham office.

Our client is a renowned engineering and construction firm, specialising in delivering critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Be a key member of the project delivery team, supporting scheduling and coordination of the project’s labour force and materials to sites.
  2. Ensure the right information, documents, licences, personnel, and equipment are available, in the correct locations, and at the right times.
  3. Organise traffic management activities and schedule jobs on the work system.
What We Are Looking For:
  1. Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and activities.
  2. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  3. Accurate communication skills, capable of coordinating work activities verbally and via email with high attention to detail.
  4. Ability to meet deadlines and problem-solve when plans need updating or adapting to changes.
  5. This role includes elements of document control, planning/scheduling, project coordination, and logistics support – full training will be provided.
