Job summary

Superdry PLC in Head Office is seeking a Sourcing & Production professional to manage multi-product bulk production, ensuring on-time delivery through critical path and supplier management. You will engage with global suppliers and regional teams to place orders by deadlines, and coordinate with Sustainability, Sourcing & Q&T to track milestones.

You will also manage the PO book, work with Wholesale, monitor shipments, and drive process improvements across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with garment production processes and critical path management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Thrives in a fast-paced global business environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PLM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Global Suppliers and regional colleagues to place orders on time.
• Mitigate late deliveries via clear critical path management and escalation.
• Manage the PO book and update dates in the order management system.
• Hold suppliers to account while maintaining supplier relationships.
• Liaise with Sustainability, Sourcing & Q&T to monitor milestones.
• Coordinate with Wholesale to fulfil order books.
• Monitor weekly shipments and manage supplier bookings with freight partners.
• Take on projects to improve process alignment and system optimisation.
