TAGGED RESOURCES is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to own supplier relationships, product development, sourcing, pricing and end-to-end critical path across international markets.

You will lead negotiations, manage end-to-end merchandising, coordinate with Design, Sales, Logistics, and Finance, and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining quality. Strong cross-functional influence and proactive risk management are essential in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in merchandising, product sourcing, buying, or supply chain management in fashion/apparel.
• Experience managing international suppliers across multiple markets.
• Strong cost negotiation, margin management and pricing strategy.
• Knowledge of FOB shipping, import/export docs (BL/CO/B255) and compliance.
• Understanding of fashion/production critical path, timelines, QC and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain supplier partnerships across global markets.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, MOQs, terms, and lead times to maximise margins.
• Own end-to-end merchandising from costing to wholesale pricing, shipping and final margin.
• Oversee order placement and resolve production/quality/supply chain issues.
• Lead CP meetings and escalate risks promptly.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics to manage shipments and timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance against costs, quality, and delivery targets.
