Job summary

ATP Media in London is seeking an ambitious Production Assistant to join the Production Management team. You will coordinate travel and on-site logistics for staff and freelancers within the Non-Live team, supporting fast-paced sports content production.

The role requires an adaptable, proactive individual who delivers high-quality work, with occasional travel to tournaments and a base at our Wimbledon office.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication with freelancers and suppliers.
• Team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible around working hours as required.
• Right to live and work in the UK, with overseas travel possible.
• A degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Travel, accreditation and tournament liaison: organise travel and on-site logistics for staff and freelancers; manage relationships with tournament organisers; update accreditation lists.
• Shoot coordination and production documentation: organise shoots, arrange permissions and licences, hire equipment, produce manuals, call sheets and itineraries.
• Scheduling and team administration: set up conference calls, take minutes, manage freelancer calendars.
• Costs, expenses and department support: process invoices, track costs, provide general assistance to Production Management.
