Job summary

Gravity Media Group in London is seeking an Editorial Assistant to support the Assistant Producers and Producers across contracts. The role involves flexible hours including evenings and weekends and reports to the Producer. Working location: London. Role type: Full-time, permanent.

You will organise shot sourcing, log material, and assist with UEFA/FA Cup coverage, coordinating with production teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality edits using Avid and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Qualifications

• A Broadcast Media degree or equivalent is desirable.
• Creative flair and ideation skills required.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible and proactive approach to varying schedules.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Experience editing with Avid and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Organise shot sourcing, logging and compiling material across projects
• Work with Assistant Producers and Producers
• Cover monitoring duties on UEFA match nights
• Assist with logging during FA Cup weekends
• Facilitate footage requests for UEFA and other contracts
• Manage smaller projects to gain experience
