CGTN Europe in London is seeking a Production Co-ordinator to support daily operations, staff scheduling and freelancer management across departments and platforms. You will coordinate travel logistics, visas and deployment planning for international news deployments, while ensuring efficient workflows and accurate financial administration.

The role requires strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to respond to breaking news in a live environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years in production coordination or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating freelancer engagement and rostering in a broadcast newsroom.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong budgetary and financial administration skills.
• Ability to manage cross-departmental coordination under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate staff and freelancer schedules across departments and platforms.
• Manage freelancer bookings, expenses and timesheets.
• Monitor absence and leave records and coordinate TOIL.
• Plan and oversee travel, visas, accreditations and deployments.
• Coordinate operations for Outside Broadcasts and events.
• Maintain effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
