The Role

The Team

ITV Studios is a global home for talented individuals with the freedom to innovate daily. With popular shows like The Voice, Love Island, Line Of Duty, Queer Eye, and Snowpiercer, we operate 60 labels across 13 countries, with over 90,000 hours in our catalogue.

Our Marketing team is central to ITV Studios, ensuring our brands and shows receive primary focus and a competitive edge. The Brand Experiences and Engagement team, part of ITV Studios Marketing, is an award-winning in-house group responsible for bringing our shows, brands, and business to life for diverse audiences worldwide.

We design and execute industry-leading, commercially-focused experiences aligned with sales teams and global customers. The team also develops creative ideas and manages consumer activations, including attractions, premieres, experiential events, and retreats. Successful experiences rely on strong customer journeys, engagement driven by data insights, and CRM support. Our goal is to create memorable campaigns that connect with audiences, strengthen our brand, and deliver results.

Key responsibilities:

  1. The Junior Producer collaborates with Producers across various events, supporting project planning for flagship experiences and managing assigned projects.
  2. Manage guest lists and delegate registrations, including Salesforce data entry and pre-event RSVP management.
  3. Coordinate delegate travel and accommodation, often involving international arrangements.
  4. Build strong relationships with internal teams, press, communications, sales, and senior stakeholders.
  5. Stay informed on industry trends, contribute new ideas, and participate in brainstorming sessions.
  6. Represent the Brand Experiences and ITV Studios Marketing as a brand ambassador.
  7. Ensure compliance with ITV policies, including the Bribery Act and Hospitality policies.
  8. Maintain a passion for current trends in events, entertainment, food, theatre, advertising, venues, and experiential activities.
  9. Support the CRM Manager with email marketing and GenAI projects.
  10. Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to achieve objectives and KPIs, supporting activity enhancement. Provide ad hoc support to the CRM Manager.

Key Criteria

  • Proven experience as a Project and Events Coordinator with success in B2B and B2C markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail.

Other qualities we seek:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist with tasks of any size.
  • Experience managing budgets, tracking expenses, POs, and invoices within finance systems.
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, G Suite, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of Keynote, Salesforce, Firefly, Canva is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience managing and creating delegate databases.
  • Knowledge of the media and events industry; experience at MIPCOM is a plus.
  • Understanding of organizing international delegate travel and shipment logistics.
  • Knowledge of venue selection and considerations in the UK, particularly London.

The team manages events across various locations and times, including UK and international venues, often requiring long hours and occasional travel.
