As part of ITV Studios Marketing, the Brand Experiences and Engagement team is a multi award-winning in-house group of experts responsible for bringing our shows, our brand and our business to life for a range of audiences across the world.
We plan and deliver industry-leading, commercially-focused experiences that are totally aligned with Sales teams and customers worldwide. The team also provides creative ideas and delivery for consumer activations including attractions, programme premieres/experiential and creative retreats. Experiences can’t happen without strong customer journeys, engagement - all informed by compelling data insights - and this team also provides CRM support. At the heart of it all, we create unforgettable experiences and campaigns that connect with our audiences, elevate our brand and drive results.

The Brand Experiences team lead and manage all markets and events, and these can occur in the UK or global locations, and at different times of the day and night. Very long days should be expected from time to time, and occasional international travel will be required.
