We're a creative and dynamic marketing team that blends strategy, innovation, and teamwork to craft engaging campaigns that drive results for ITV Studios—all while having fun along the way.
Role
- Assist with the implementation of content marketing strategies and plans for collections and key titles.
- Organise all markets, festivals, conferences, and award submissions, including trade shows (London TV Screenings, MIPCOM, ATF, etc.), client set visits, press junkets, away days, as directed.
- Collect and manage production materials for the website, such as imagery, clips, promos, and key art for non-scripted, formats, and drama.
- Prepare new market listings for all new content deals.
- Coordinate production programme presentations and relevant pitch documents for global sales.
- Source materials and proof marketing documents as required.
- Assist with uploading marketing metadata and digital assets to ContentHub, website, or SharePoint.
- Brief, manage, and oversee the delivery of creative work with freelancers and creative agencies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for show-specific queries regarding website status and marketing materials.
- Create and edit small creative tasks supporting marketing collateral for sales or advertising using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe FireFly.
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities across digital campaigns, including distributing emails supporting sales, reporting on performance, and briefing social teams on key content.
- Contribute to, track, and circulate media reports on show activity globally.
- Liaise and network with stakeholders including global content teams, sales teams, PR, agencies, and clients.

- A genuine interest in TV, entertainment, and pop culture—especially unscripted shows.
- A creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh, fun, or bold ideas.
- Strong attention to detail in visual or written materials.
- Curiosity about how marketing campaigns are developed and executed.
- Good written and verbal communication skills—able to craft clear, concise messages or copy.
- Strong organisational skills—able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects with different deadlines.
- Experience with basic creative tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps) is a plus.
- Proactive and eager to learn—someone who asks questions and is willing to get involved.
Entry Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or equivalent qualifications.
- Interest in marketing and a passion for the TV industry.
- Proactive learner with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas and technical information clearly.
