Job summary

Eleven in Oxfordshire is seeking a Junior Process Engineer to join a fast-paced clean tech start-up. You will help develop and optimise processes as technologies move from lab-scale to pilot and commercial production.

Ideal candidates have a degree in chemical/process engineering and 1+ year of industry experience, with exposure to R&D and product development. This role offers hands-on growth in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience.
• Experience in R&D, product development or process development.
• Exposure to process scale-up from laboratory/pilot to larger-scale operations.
• Background in process technology is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Assist development, optimisation and scale-up of new processes and products.
• Work closely with R&D and engineering teams.
• Combine hands-on development, testing and process improvements.
• Support transition of technologies from R&D into pilot and commercial-scale production.
