Job summary

Eleven Recruitment is seeking a Junior Process Engineer for a clean tech start-up in Oxfordshire. The role focuses on developing, optimising and scaling up new processes and products, working closely with R&D and engineering teams to move technologies from lab to pilot and commercial production.

You will participate in hands-on development, process improvement and testing, gaining exposure to scale-up and product development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience working within R&D, product development or process development.
• Exposure to process scale-up from laboratory/pilot to larger-scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and scale-up new processes and products.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams.
