Eleven Recruitment is seeking a Junior Process Engineer to join a fast-growing clean tech start-up based in Oxfordshire. You will help develop and scale new processes and products from lab to pilot and commercial production, working alongside R&D and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience.
• Experience in R&D, product development or process development.
• Exposure to scale-up from laboratory/pilot to larger-scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, optimisation and scale-up of new processes and products, working closely with R&D and engineering teams.
• Involve hands-on development, process improvement and testing; support transition of technologies from R&D into pilot and commercial-scale production.
