Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified Junior Practice Manager to join a well-established firm based in the Mid Kent area.

Responsibilities include:

1. Working closely with Partners and Managers, assisting with their portfolio of clients.
2. Maintaining a portfolio of your own clients, which will develop over time.
3. Working with SMEs, Sole Traders, and Limited Companies.
4. Ensuring clients' accounting and tax affairs are managed effectively.
5. Providing advice on tax, accounting, and business matters.
6. Performing ad-hoc duties as required.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in a senior accounting role.
• Previous training within an accountancy practice.
• Recently qualified ACCA / ACA, or at finalist level.
• Ability to liaise with clients and all staff levels.
• Ambitious, with a willingness to grow with the business.
