Pay: £35K+ (Based on experience)
Full Time: 42 Hours Per Week

Heart Dental has an exciting opportunity for a dental practice manager.
As a Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and fostering a positive, supportive environment for both patients and staff.
In this key role, you will be responsible for:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day practice management, ensuring efficiency, full compliance with industry regulations, and seamless operations.
- Staff Supervision: Lead, manage, and inspire the team to achieve practice goals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Patient-centered Care: Champion a patient-first approach, ensuring that everyone who visits our practice receives the highest level of care and attention. Your dedication to patient satisfaction will help us maintain our reputation as a leading dental provider.
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of health and safety, cross-infection control, and patient confidentiality. Your vigilance and knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GDPR, will ensure the practice remains compliant and secure.
- Interaction & Collaboration: Facilitate open and effective interactions within the practice and with senior management and suppliers. Regularly organise practice meetings to align the team with our goals and ensure everyone is informed and engaged.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care. Your proactive approach will drive the practice forward, keeping us at the forefront of dental care.

- Communication: active listener, empathetic, excellent verbal and written English, open and honest approach
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Word
