We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior PMO Analyst to join Robert Walters as a Consultant. As an employed Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations. In return, we will provide you with opportunities to develop your skills through ongoing training and professional accreditation.

We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior PMO to join a leading global organisation within the Asset Management industry.

You will be part of the organisation’s largest target operating model programme, working closely with the PMO Lead. Join a collaborative and dynamic team and gain hands-on experience within a high-profile, global-scale programme!

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Support end-to-end delivery of change initiatives
  2. Maintain and update RAID logs and project plans
  3. Prepare documentation for Steering Committees and key governance forums
  4. Take minutes, track actions, and coordinate follow-ups
  5. Contribute to project governance, reporting, and tracking
  6. Liaise with multiple stakeholders including Business Analysts, PMs, and senior leadership
  7. Help ensure project controls and standards are followed

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role
  • Exposure to change management or transformation programmes
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop in their PMO career
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
  • Confident communicator who can liaise across teams and levels
  • Eager to learn, develop, and take ownership of tasks

Experience within the Financial Services sector (banking, wealth, asset management, etc.) or within global organisations would be beneficial.
