Our company culture is centred around collaboration, where all colleagues, regardless of their role, work together to minimise risk and shorten delivery times. Our team consists of highly-skilled cross-functional consultants, analysts, and support staff.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our Programme Management Office. The ideal candidate will support large-scale transformation projects within the NHS or broader healthcare domain. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality project planning, governance, cost tracking, and reporting support. Experience working in a healthcare environment or a strong understanding of NHS processes, governance models, and reporting frameworks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support delivery of project controls, including planning, risk management, issue tracking, change control, and status reporting.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies using MS Project or other tools.
  • Support budget and cost control activities including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), project health, and delivery assurance metrics.
  • Facilitate governance forums, prepare high-quality packs for steering groups, programme boards, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance RAID logs and ensure risks and issues are appropriately escalated and mitigated.
  • Support resource planning and time tracking processes.
  • Ensure consistent application of PMO standards, processes, and templates.
  • Support audits and assurance reviews, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with organisational standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Programme Leads, and Finance teams to ensure project data is current and accurate.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a PMO Analyst or Project Support role.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with cost tracking and financial reporting in a project/programme environment.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Planview, Primavera, Clarity, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • NHS or public sector experience strongly preferred.
  • Prince2, P3O, APM or MSP qualifications (desirable).
  • Knowledge of NHS governance, financial management practices, and assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure.
  • Join a rapidly expanding start-up where personal growth is a part of our DNA.
  • Benefit from a flexible work environment focused on deliverable outcomes.
  • Receive private medical insurance through Aviva.
  • Enjoy the benefits of a company pension plan through Nest.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays.
  • Access Perkbox, a global employee rewards platform offering discounts, perks, and wellness resources.
  • Participate in a generous employee referral program.
  • A highly collaborative and collegial environment with opportunities for career advancement.
  • Be encouraged to take bold steps and embrace a mindset of experimentation.
  • Choose your preferred device, PC or Mac.
