Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited seeks a Junior Project Manager to help deliver a high-profile enterprise infrastructure project in London. You will coordinate activities across design, construction, and fit-out, working with architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams to keep the programme on track.

The role offers hybrid working with regular on-site presence at Stockley Park, and potential for contract extension beyond six months.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in project coordination or junior PM roles.
• Experience supporting technology or infrastructure projects.
• Strong reporting, organisation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Infrastructure team through design and construction programme.
• Attend project meetings with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track actions, issues, risks, dependencies; escalate where appropriate.
• Coordinate multiple technology workstreams and support programme reporting.
