1 Hotel Mayfair features five different outlets: Dovetale, led by Two-Michelin Starred Chef Tom Sellers; Nightingale Cafe; Neighbours Cafe; In-Room Dining; and Meetings & Events. This role works closely with all departments.

About you...

• You are passionate about desserts with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
• You are an expert in pastry production, a strong leader, and have a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• You excel in communication, both verbal and written.
• You are flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
