Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team in Cambridge. You will report to a Site Leader and help maintain high standards at our MFCs to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for customers.

You will lead the team during shifts, oversee picking/packing, manage delivery partner relations, handle substitutions and stock discrepancies, and support goods inbound and stock control. Flexible to cover early to late shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse environments.
• Strong work ethic, punctual and responsible.
• Effective communication skills with team and partners.
• Organised, team oriented and positive attitude.
• Flexible to cover shifts from 7am to 3am.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team on shift, train new members and ensure process adherence.
• Oversee picking and packing for orders.
• Support with Delivery Partners for smooth deliveries.
• Resolve issues with substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Manage inbound goods and verify counts against PO/invoice.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory locations; control waste.
• Maintain warehouse standards and health & safety compliance.
