Job summary

Gopuff in London is seeking a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and help drive high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver fast, accurate service to customers.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, picking and packing orders, supporting Delivery Partners, and handling stock, inbound goods, and safety. The role suits someone with warehouse or retail experience and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant, retail or warehouse environment.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible and honest
• Effective communication skills
• Organised, team-oriented, positive attitude and helpful
• Flexible and available to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am)

Responsibilities

• Leading: show the warehouse team how it’s done, leading by example and managing staff on shift.
• Picking and packing: accurately pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers.
• Delivery Partners: support with managing the Delivery Partners for a slick delivery experience.
• Issue resolution: contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Goods Inbound: receive product from vendors, ensure physical count matches PO/invoice, resolve discrepancies.
• Stock management: put away products, conduct cycle counts, minimise out-of-stock items, manage waste and TooGoodToGo partnership.
• Warehouse management: keep the warehouse compliant, clean, organised and aligned with Operating Standards.
• Health and Safety: support onsite Health & Safety compliance and testing.
