Overview:

Gopuff is looking for a Senior Operations Associate to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, Senior OAs play a vital role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. The Senior Operations Associate is a key part of the Site leadership team, responsible for maintaining high operational standards at our MFCs to ensure timely and accurate delivery for customers. Gopuff delivers everyday essentials around the clock, rain or shine. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers eager to reshape retail faster than ever before. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

Responsibilities:

• Leading: Manage and lead the warehouse team during your shift, train new team members, and demonstrate process and product knowledge.
• Picking and packing: Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch based on orders.
• Delivery Partners: Support management of Delivery Partners to ensure smooth delivery experiences.
• Issue resolution: Contact customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Goods Inbound: Receive products from vendors, verify counts against purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
• Stock management: Organize products in inventory, conduct cycle counts, and manage waste and compliance, including our partnership with TooGoodToGo.
• Warehouse management: Maintain warehouse compliance, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Operating Standards.
• Health and Safety: Support onsite health and safety compliance and testing.

About You:

• Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic: punctual, responsible, honest.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organized, team-oriented, positive attitude, and helpful.
• Flexible and available to cover shifts from 7 am to 3 am.
