Role: Junior Operations Analyst

As a Junior Operations Analyst, you will support day-to-day operational processes across payments, reconciliation, compliance, and customer onboarding. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor the day-to-day flow of wire payment rails to ensure smooth end-to-end processing.
2. Maintain up-to-date configuration of core banking systems and ensure all channels and endpoints align with third-party integrated systems.
3. Monitor and ensure current configurations and monitoring rules for merchant acquiring systems.
4. Perform accurate and timely manual actions to settle discrepancies across different transaction types.
5. Contribute to the preparation of business requirement documents for developing new features and integrations with new providers.
6. Act as a support agent for incident management through log centralizing services.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative field such as Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a high-paced environment within fintech or neo-banking/challenger banks sector.
3. Basic understanding of system integrations and API methodologies.
4. Familiarity with retrieving logs and performing basic queries using services such as AWS, Graylog, etc.
5. Understanding of how fintech ecosystems work and knowledge of payment rail flows.
