We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Office Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual at the beginning of their career who is eager to develop their skills within a professional office environment. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors, clients and guests ensuring a professional and friendly reception.
- Maintain office supplies regarding deliveries, unpacking and restock as needed.
- Support staff with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.
- Keep communal areas tidy and organised.
- Act as the main contact for the building maintenance team for the London office.
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments as required for the STRAT7 Team; including invitations, social events, catering and refreshments as required.
- Ensure that health and safety procedures and necessary risk assessments, as required for compliance with UK regulations and standards, are maintained for the London office whilst conducting risk assessments, safety audits and ensuring appropriate measures are in place to mitigate risk as required.
- Managing the procurement of health and safety equipment such as first aid kits and fire extinguishers.
- Coordinate with the IT department on all team office equipment to report faults, damage and organise replacements and repairs as required.
- Responsible for providing orientation and office onboarding to new employees such as office induction, health & safety walk arounds, ID passes etc.
- Send relevant, informative but engaging office communications to ensure the Team are aware of any changes, upcoming events or requirements.
- Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
- Manage the relationship with the building reception and post room tea, to ensure guests are booked in and collected and all parcels / deliveries are collected in a timely fashion.
Executive Board support (ad hoc)
- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
- Making travel and hotel arrangements
- Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events as required
- Ad-hoc administration support
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Outlook. SharePoint).
- Ability to work as part of a team and take instruction.
- Friendly, polite, and professional manner.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
No prior office experience required, though any work experience in customer service or administration would be an advantage.

- Office based - with expected five days at our central London office
