Job summary

Invenio Global in London is seeking a Junior Associate (NQ–2 PQE) to join its highly regarded Projects, Development & Construction team. You will work on non-contentious construction and development matters for developers, investors, funders and contractors.

The role covers drafting and negotiating construction agreements, procurement strategy, development documents and advice on JCT/NEC/EPC forms, with exposure to major infrastructure projects and international work. Rhys is the contact.

Qualifications

• NQ–2 PQE in construction law.
• Strong non-contentious construction background.
• Experience drafting and negotiating construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate construction and development agreements.
• Procurement strategy formulation and execution.
• Develop development agreements and project documentation.
• Advise on standard and bespoke construction contracts and forms (JCT/NEC/EPC).
• Draft construction appointments and consultant agreements.
• Assist on joint ventures, partnerships and large-scale projects.
• Support regeneration, energy and infrastructure mandates.
