Job summary

Invenio Global in London is seeking an ambitious junior associate to join our Projects, Development & Construction team. The role targets NQ–2 PQE construction lawyers, with non-contentious focus, advising on major development and infrastructure projects for developers, investors and contractors.

You will work on drafting and negotiating construction and development agreements, advise on procurement strategy, and handle due diligence and project documentation, with opportunities to grow across

Qualifications

• NQ–2 PQE in construction, development or housing practice.
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience in non-contentious construction and development.
• Familiarity with JCT, NEC and EPC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating non-contentious construction and development agreements.
• Advising on procurement strategies and risk management.
• Conducting due diligence and project documentation.
• Negotiating with clients across major development and infrastructure projects.
• Advising on standard form and bespoke contracts.
• Working with international teams on cross-border projects.
