Junior Merchandiser (Maternity Cover), Buckinghamshire

We have an exciting opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing multichannel retailers in the UK. Our client operates over 170 stores across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the islands, and continues to expand!

The role involves working within the Branch Merchandising Team, reporting to the Branch Merchandiser. You will be responsible for ensuring stores and online platforms are well-stocked to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the Branch Merchandising forward plan to meet channel performance goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze store and online performance to support sales and manage stock levels accordingly.
• Forecast sales volumes at the branch level in collaboration with Buying and Marketing teams for new ranges, seasons, and promotions.
• Coordinate with system development teams to test and implement system changes.
• Partner with Web Operations to support online sales targets and address issues.
• Support team development and workload management.

Location: Buckinghamshire, easily accessible from High Wycombe, Amersham, Beaconsfield, and near the M40.

To succeed, you should be commercially aware, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in merchandising or supply chain roles. Proficiency in systems and processes, along with advanced Excel skills, is essential.
