A premium childrenswear retailer based in London is looking for a junior merchandiser to join its in-house merchandising team on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent position. This role is suitable for an established assistant merchandiser seeking to progress to a junior merchandiser level. Candidates must be immediately available.

Responsibilities include:

1. Sales and range performance analysis
2. Collaborating with the merchandiser on seasonal planning
3. Maintaining accurate forecasts
4. Managing category OTBs
5. Building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and shipping partners
6. Managing an MAA

Candidate requirements:

• Currently a senior assistant merchandiser or junior merchandiser
• Experience in retail, product, or online merchandising

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £37,000, with a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days remote per week.
