About the Role
As one of the UK’s most exciting up-and-coming fashion brands, we’re expanding rapidly and are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join our merchandising team. This pivotal role is ideal for an experienced Junior Merchandiser or an established Assistant Merchandiser with strong analysis and planning skills to ensure profit and turnover objectives are met.

Additionally, this role involves ensuring that reporting is timely and robust to support our future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate stock to ensure timely delivery to the right locations.
- Identify issues and make suggestions for stock allocation.
- Liaise regularly with the warehouse regarding stock intake.
- Complete partner product uploads accurately and promptly.
- Manage stock intake into partners, highlighting potential delays.
- Assist in optimizing inventory via RTVs, swaps, and internal stock movements.
- Monitor partner websites for accurate imagery, copy, and pricing.
- Maintain and update merchandising tools as needed.
- Update and assist with managing the WSSI and channel WSSI’s.
- Support reporting and analysis for Monday Trade meetings.
- Present category sales insights during trade meetings to aid decision-making.
- Assist in seasonal review and lessons learnt.
- React proactively to sales trends, making replenishment suggestions.
- Lead end-of-season analysis with clear recommendations.
- Communicate markdowns and promotions to partners.
- Collaborate across business support functions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Provide ad hoc analysis as required.
The Candidate
- Proven experience as a Junior Merchandiser or Assistant Merchandiser.
- Experience in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Highly numerical with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible with workload prioritization.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
