You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across the facility, ensuring reliability of mechanical plant and building services. Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled across building services.
• Good communication skills.
• Client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant.
• Plumbing work (unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc).
• Pumps, motors, seals, bearings.
• Air handling units / fan coil units (filter changes).
• Water treatment (temperature checks).
• Basic electrical duties (lamp changes).
• General building fabric maintenance.
• Escort specialist subcontractors.
