We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Manchester-based client that is expanding its customer acquisition team. Unlike digital marketing roles that focus on social media, content creation, or office‑based campaigns, this position focuses on face‑to‑face campaign marketing. You'll help represent products and services directly to members of the public, giving you practical experience in how businesses build awareness, engage customers, and grow their customer base.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant, you'll help represent client campaigns directly to members of the public across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
Your role will focus on helping businesses increase awareness of their products and services whilst supporting customer acquisition objectives. Through face‑to‑face interactions, you'll help create meaningful connections between customers and the campaigns being represented.

• Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance‑based commission (subject to successful completion of a four‑week probationary period).
