No previous experience is required, with comprehensive training provided from day one. As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you’ll engage directly with people where they work, shop, and live across Manchester, introducing charities and brands in person and gathering

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engaging people face-to-face across Manchester and introducing them to the campaigns you represent.
• Learn how to present a campaign clearly and adapt your message depending on your audience.
• Answer questions honestly and build genuine rapport with each person you meet.
• Guide interested individuals through a simple sign-up process, ensuring details are accurate.
• Work towards personal and team targets.
• Attend structured training covering marketing fundamentals, communication, and campaign knowledge.
• Work closely with a supportive, experienced Manchester-based team.
