Job summary

Launchone80 Partners in London is seeking Junior Sales & Marketing Associates for a full-time, on-site role with Monday–Friday hours. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and real client campaign exposure to develop sales, marketing and business development skills.

You will engage customers, build relationships and work with experienced teams on live campaigns, with progression into leadership and ongoing professional development through workshops and coaching.

We're looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing London team as Junior Sales & Marketing Associates, with full training provided from the beginning.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement and business development while developing skills that can support a long-term career.

You'll work alongside experienced team members on live client campaigns, learning how to communicate with customers, represent brands effectively and contribute to campaign growth.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide the training; your attitude, consistency and willingness to learn are what matter.
