Sportswift Ltd is offering an excellent entry point into finance for recent graduates or those early in their finance journey. You will support management accounting, reporting and daily finance operations, gaining hands-on experience in a growing retail business.

You will receive study support toward ACCA or CIMA, plus mentoring, development opportunities and clear career progression pathways as you build your confidence and commercial finance knowledge.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and organised approach to work.
• Curious mindset and interest in understanding the business behind the numbers.
• Desire to study towards ACCA/CIMA and progress within 2–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across a broad range of finance activities, supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
• Process sales and supplier invoices, payroll and commission payments, employee expenses and VAT-related transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and customers to resolve queries and keep processes running smoothly.
• Support financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end activities, budgeting, forecasting and audits.
• Develop knowledge in management accounting and commercial finance.
