Job summary

Marc Daniels in West London is seeking a Graduate Accountant on a hybrid basis with study support provided to accelerate your career in finance. You will gain exposure to management accounts, reporting, analysis and commercial finance while receiving full training towards a professional qualification and clear progression opportunities.

You will report to the Finance Manager and support a multi-site finance function in a fast-paced environment, with the chance to work across multiple locations

Qualifications

• Degree educated in Accounting, Finance or related subject.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Organised, proactive and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting.
• Prepare payroll reconciliations and labour cost analysis.
• Support month-end processes, including journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Analyse financial performance and investigate variances.
• Review supplier invoices and resolve finance queries.
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Assist with asset verification and finance projects.
• Work closely with Finance Analysts and operational stakeholders across multiple locations.

An excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting, Finance or Business graduate looking to accelerate their career within a large, international organisation. This role offers exposure to management accounts, reporting, analysis and commercial finance whilst providing full training and study support towards a professional qualification alongside genuine opportunities for rapid progression.
