Job summary

Camino Partners Ltd is seeking a Junior Management Accountant to join its expanding finance team in the UK. You will work with the Finance Manager and senior team, gaining exposure to management accounting, reporting, and commercial finance, with genuine ownership of your own entity P&L and Balance Sheet.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, perform variance analysis, and support month-end, VAT, statutory accounts, and audits in a fast-paced, international environment across multiple

Qualifications

• Finance experience within an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or Assistant Accountant position.
• Exposure to month-end, reconciliations and/or management accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and good attention to detail.
• A proactive, analytical and commercially minded approach.
• Someone studying towards, or looking to begin, AAT, ACCA or CIMA.

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L and Balance Sheet reporting.
• Providing variance analysis and commercial insight across gross margin and overheads against budget and forecast.
• Owning Balance Sheet reconciliations, including invoice discounting, and supporting month-end/year-end processes.
• Supporting VAT reporting, statutory accounts, audit and wider group financial analysis.
