Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Junior Maintenance Plumber to service a static commercial site in Farringdon, London.You will handle planned and reactive maintenance, with an immediate start and a 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday schedule.

The role requires Level 2 NVQ/City & Guilds in Plumbing and experience in commercial building maintenance. The position pays £21.73 per hour (umbrella) and is temp to perm.

Qualifications

• Level 2 NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing (Essential).
• Experience within commercial building maintenance or Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plumbing repairs and maintenance.

• Support senior plumbers with installations and repairs.
• Use tools and PPE safely.
• Keep work areas clean and complete maintenance records.
