Proactive Global in Kettering is looking for a Maintenance Engineer Assistant to join our manufacturing site. You will support maintenance tasks, assist with repairs, and help with planned maintenance and changeovers to keep equipment running reliably.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or workshop environments.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and engineering activities across the site.
• Assist with equipment repairs, servicing and refurbishment.
• Support planned maintenance, breakdown response and changeovers.
• Carry out machine inspections, adjustments, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Work with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
