Job summary

ADI is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships and help shape proposals for major live events. Based in the North West or London, you’ll join a team passionate about delivering world-class experiences in sports and live events.

You’ll build partnerships with leading brands, support pitches and tender submissions, and collaborate closely with producers and senior leadership to drive growth. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in sales, account management or business development is a bonus but not essential.
• Confident engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated and positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the live events sector.
• Support and grow key client accounts.
• Assist with presentations, pitches and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with producers and project teams to create innovative event solutions.
• Research industry trends, competitors and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of ADI.
